Based in Oldham, Greater Manchester, Ripple Group employ 26 staff within a 25,000 ft commercial space. A highly successful design and manufacturing business that currently makes use of traditional equipment and assembly techniques. Ripple Group approached us to explore robotics and automation opportunities that would drive growth and operational efficiencies in the business.
The Challenge
An area of focus for Ripple is to explore methods of automation for repetitive tasks, the logistics for moving around equipment and innovation in the design process and labour-Intensive tasks.
The Solution
We conducted extensive research for the business to identify which robots and robotics processes could be deployed to automate repetitive tasks and move equipment around seamlessly.
